Why we started Hearthstone

A desire to develop and look after our own home with care and attention has led us to start up Hearthstone; a property search, lettings and management company.

Having worked extensively for over 20 years on projects inside and out, we’ve found that what it takes to search for and ultimately look after your property is experience and an eye for detail.

Property Management

We know first hand how awful it can be when problems occur and tradesmen let you down. Maintenance and development projects don’t always go the way you expect and your time can be sapped quickly without you realising or planning for it.

Our property management services aim to take that uncertainty away and give you the confidence that you are making good decisions with the aim of reducing the hassle to you.

Our focus is on the regular maintenance of properties, instead of getting to issues when remedial works are becoming severe.

Getting to know each individual property is important to us and helps plan and maybe prevent, problems escalating in the future. Instead of being a middle-man channelling calls from tenants to the property owner or to tradesmen, we take that extra responsibility to be the on the spot expert. We help decide what the best options are to get repairs made.
